Guide & Support Your Unit. Your leadership makes the difference! As the Operations Nurse Manager, you would oversee and manage the phone screening process for our centralized PreAdmission Testing process. You will lead 12 Registered Nurses, and 5 Unit Secretaries focused on leading process improvement and increasing efficiency across the team while making and sharing data-driven decisions to optimize collaborative relationships with Physicians and other departments. As part of your role, you will assess team performance, remove barriers, and realign resources to achieve success metrics.
