@TMobile y does it take so long to get somebody on the phone I had my n20 for almost a month I got it with no sim card no paperwork just the phone at this point if y'all don't help get my phone activated I will be going with @MetroByTMobile

@MetroByTMobile When adds are pushed to the point where when I wake up in the AM I find the ads have actually drained my battery, daily, to the point where the phone nearly shuts down and I (with 2 forms of cancer and heart disease) wouldn't be able to make a call to emergency services....

@MetroByTMobile Your service sucks.I can't watch a 1 minute video without my phone buffering no less then 10time for like 30seconds each time.I don't get phone calls, notifications, or texts half the time.I call every month to have my tower reset for better coverage and my service is still trash
